1.The best way to feel happy, healthy and fit is to exercise. There is no substitute. Exercise will boost your mood, help you to sleep better. This is due to the release of endorphins in your body as you workout. Endorphins decrease our sense of pain and increase our happiness and sense of pleasure. Eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Choose smaller portions and eat more slowly. If you smoke, quitting is absolutely the best thing you can do for your health. Yes, it’s hard, but it’s also far from impossible.
2.Yes, one day, when I was 4, I was with Aurora, my sister's friend. She was carrying me in the bike. I was chewing gum and it fell out of my mouth. I was trying to take it from the floor, and my leg got into the wheel. I broke my own leg! I was a few months with a cast in my leg.
To start with, I try to be always happy. People tell me that I have a very good sense of humour so it's a positive quality for me. I'll tell you my secret to be always happy and smiling. You need to do sports for a while in the afternoon. When you finished your homework, you must try to do it because you'll clear the head, so if you have to study when you came back, you'll do it better.
Moreover, you should keep a healthy diet. For breakfast, I usually drink some milk and a toast but I think will be better to ear some apple or some piece of fruit than a milk with a toast. For dinner, you should eat some lettuce or some salad instead of some pizza or burger. I have to admit that twice a week I eat some pizza or some fast food for dinner. I have to change this habits and to keep a healthy diet.
Second task:
Well, I'll tell you an injury that I've made when I was a child. One day, my cousin Pepe decided to go with me to the Albaida's countryside riding a bike. I was too happy with that proposition but the problem came when a small rock was in the middle of the way. I didn't see it so I continued laughing and riding my new bike. Then I fell off my bike and I hit a cactus. It was so painful.
At once, my cousin Pepe called my father and I went to the hospital. I was in there for 2 days. They were the 2 days longest of my life. During my 2 days in the hospital, I missed a friend's birthday. For me, it was really important because I needed to go to see all my friends and people who I've not seen a long time ago. Nowadays I'm recovered and when I ride my bike I ride in a carefully way.
I stay happy and healthy simply without getting sad because of any cause or doing things that I like to do. For example I stay happy when i dont have to do any type of homework.
In terms of be healthy, for example I dont take any type of drugs, just a bit of alcohol, and I practise basketball with my friends and that makes me happier and healthier to.

Yes, I had when I was practising basketball in a match. I was running to wait someone to pass me the ball when suddenly someone pass me the ball very hard and I didnt expect it, so I broke 3 fingers of my right hand and I had to go to the emergency room.
I missed the next two matches because of my injuries so I was very sad because of that but when I recovered I came back stronger than ever.
1.I stay happy because I'm with my family, with my friends and I have all I need for stay happy. I also stay happy because my parents have a job and my brothers and me have a house, we have food to eat and water to drink. I stay healthy because I practise basketball. This is very important, if you don't practise any sport, you cannot be healthy never. I take on that the food that I eat are not very healthy but also I do a lot of sports.
2.Last year, I had an ankle sprained when I was practising basketball. When I was training in Albaida, I threw the ball to the basket and when I jump, I twisted my ankle and I didn't feel very good. I went to the hospital, to the emergency room, and the doctors said to me that I couldn't play more basketball during three months. They plastered all my left leg and this was horrible because of my studies and my basketball's team. With my injury I missed the rest of the championship of basketball, but I'm practise basketball again and I haven't more injuries.
I am happy when I am with my friends and family, since they are very happy and we always had a very good time. I am also happy when I play sports, since it is important for our health and at the same time you feel good with yourself.
Whenever I am with them or practice sports I have a great time, since you forget the rest of your problems and are distracted by other things that make you happy.
Second task.
When I was eight, I was skating when I tripped on a wheel and fell. I broke my wrist and chin. I had to go to the hospital and they put five stitches in my chin and they put my right hand in my cast.
I spent a month with the plaster and missed doing the tasks of the rest of my classmates since I could not write and ride horses, as I did every weekend.
To be happy I use to do the things that I want such as practice sport at home, meet my friends on weekends, smoke some hookah with them, I go to parties on holidays...
On the other hand, to keep healthy I practice basketball three times a week, I go out for a run, I maintain a healthy diet and I try to sleep correctly and the necessary time.
Task 2: Sporting injuries
When I was 7 years old, I sprained my left ankle. It occurred while I was playing a basketball game in Coria del Río.
The match was almost finished and we were draw. Suddenly I felt a little nuissance in my left ankle but I didn't tell nothing to my coach because the match was so important, we had to win. Some minutes later the pain increased and I decided to ask for the substitution. Finally, we lose that match and I was very close to break my ankle. Because of that I was almost a month without practicing any sport.
To be healthy I try to eat vegetables and fruits everyday because I think that's the main objective that we've to do to keep our fit. Other thing that I think that is important to our healthy is doing sport, lots of people think that if they stop eating they'll be fitter, but this isn't like they think, so to be healthy and with a fit body the main thing that we've to do is start doing sport and eat healthy, but never stop eating. And that's what I do.
To be happy I try to be a positive person even in the worst situations because if we just see the bad things of the live we will be always sad. I conssider myself an optimistic person able to enjoy the most insignificant moment making it a great opportunity to be happy; and that's the reason why I'm so happy.
No. I don't have had any important sporting injurie that I remember, but I'm going to tell you other thing, I don't remember this but my mother has told me lots of times:
She says that when I was a baby I was playing with the baby walker and she forgot to close the door of the stairs and I went there and started to fall off till the end of the stairs, but nothing happened to me, my mother says that she falt bad and too scared but that when she saw that I was ok she relaxed a little, and that's my story
1-In my opinion, if you want to be happy and healthy, you must have healthy habits, because if you have a healthy body, you will have a healthy mind. That's why I try to do sport twice a week, even if it seems tedious, playing sports helps you to liberate endorphins, which it is the hormone of happiness.
On the other hand, being with your friends and family helps you with your mental health, because to spend time with the people that you love, helps you to clear up and have fun, that is very important.
2- When i was a child, I broke my wrist. It happened when he was 7 years old, I was playing with my little cousin and we came up with climb a tree that existed in the garden of my grandmother. But when we were going to go down the tree, my foot was caught in a branch and I fell on my right arm.
My mum came as quickly to take me to the doctor.The doctor did a X-ray photography, put in plaster ,my arm and gave to me a painkiller.I had to be plastering for three weeks.
How do you stay happy and healthy? I start telling you what makes me happy; I am with my friends every weekend, we go somewhere, to Sevilla, to the airesur, or somewhere where we can have fun; or we stay in a house and see a movie; with pizzas and gummies. I also feel happy when I stay at home with my family, or we go to see the rest of my family, when we stay at home, we usually play a game, do some craft or some cooking recipe.
For me to feel healthy, I always drink orange juice after arriving at the institute to charge myself with energy, I also take a piece of fruit for dessert; Another thing I do is take my dog for a walk and so I do a little energy; also sometimes when I do not know what to do and I'm bored I ride my father's bike, which is inside my house and has a mechanism that when I ride it I can bike inside the house.

One day in 6th grade, we were practicing basketball when a child went to take the ball and put my ankle on my back while I dragged it forward, it hurt a lot and I felt like a tingling in my ankle, as I'm a bit stubborn that same Later I went to train in artistic gymnastics and in a portés a girl stopped me in the same ankle that I had doubled.
I took a lot and at night I went to the doctor and they told me that I had a 2 degree sprain, I stayed 2 weeks without being able to walk and I missed all the artistic gymnastics training.
One of the things that make me happy is to play my instrument, it makes me forget about the problems whether they are familiar or not. Another thing that keeps me happy is to stay with the family or with my friends One of the things that keep me healthy or in shape is to exercise every afternoon, at least I usually take 20 minutes,or 40 minutes for a maxium, another of the things that keep me healthy is eating lots of fruit in the afternoon, sometimes I do until a mixture of fruits.

Yes I had injuries, specifically one, when I was little and I was doing physical education, I played a gymkhana, I started playing and when I had to stop and I could with my hands on the floor so I broke a very little bone that is called scaphoid. The bad thing is that it was approaching summer and I could not bathe for 1 month that I was eternal, the good thing is that I did not have to help my mother, since I could not.
Well i am very happy when i read, because i feel in other life, i feel that this is not my life. For example when i am so stressed i read and i forget my problems for a long time. On the other hand i think that the family also it is so important to feel happy, because they always help you and they don´t judge.
I stay healthy because three times a week i walk 2 kilometres and one time a week i practice volleyball. I love voleyball and i fell healthy when i practice this sport.

When i was 8 years old i was playing football at recess and i fallen on the floor, my ankle suffered a sprain.
I was 3 months at rest without resting my foot on the floor and went to school in a wheelchair

TASK 2 Sporting injuries
Two years ago in first of E.S.O. I broke my ankle when I was playing football and one boy gave me a kick with her leg also two of the boys thy threw themselves on top of my. I missed a wedding of my uncle Jose
Task 1: Me to be happy, I release all my energy practicing sport. This helps me to have energy the next day and to feel good about myself. The sport that I practice is volleyball and it helps me to overcome the week with strength. As for health, every day before going to school I drink a large cup of orange juice with many vitamins to be well during the day, I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day and therefore the person who do not eat breakfast will not be happy and strong during the day. Also to be a healthy person I usually eat two or more pieces of fruits and vegetables every day.
Task 2: My accident that more badly I have spent it has been this year, when I was practicing volleyball. One day when I get to the pavilion where I train, I forget to put on my knee pads and I throw myself on the ground to catch the ball. I had several injuries to my knees but I thought it was nothing. The following month I still had my right knee a little inflamed but I was still training, until the thirteenth of January I played a game and I hit my knee and could not walk. Thanks to this, this week I could not play the game my team had.
1.- To be happy and healthy in our lives is very important and necessary. Everybody should maintain good health, for example, in my case, everyday I eat 4 pieces of fruit and I also practise flamenco dance on Tuesdays and Thursdays, sport is very important to have better performance and energy.
Also, I only eat fast food once a week or once every two weeks, fast food is very harmful to our health, so you can not abuse it. Sometimes on Friday afternoons, I go for a run and I do sport, I recommend that everyone do the sport that they like, so it becomes much more enjoyable.
2.- Everybody should be very careful when we do some sport, because injuries are very common. Something that happened to me when I was a few years younger, was that when I was playing volleyball in the physical education class, the bone of a finger was doubled when I hit the ball badly when I received it.
When I realised that my finger was bent, I ran to call my father and we went to the doctor, the doctor put a bandage on my finger, and unfortunately it was a finger of my right hand, this week there was a contest for write a short story and the winner would get a prize, I was very excited to participate, but it was impossible to me to write the story because of my injured hand, so I did not attend that event.
TASK 1: I stay happy all the time because I have a fantastic family and a funny group of friends. My family try to help me when I need it. Also my friends help me and I try to spend all my free time whith their.
I stay healthy eating healthy food and practising sports. I like playing volleyball and I practise it once a week with my friends. However we don't compete, we only practise it to enjoy the sport.
TASK 2: Fortunately I never had an important injury. But one day, when I was 11 years old I was playong football in the playground of the school and I feel. Only my right knee was injuried.
For this reason, I couldn't go to concert with my mother and my sister because I couldn't stand and I had to stay at home with my grandparents and my mother and my sister went to the concert of my favourite singer.
-I think that in our life, the best important thing that we need is stay happy. I try always to be happy, despite all the problems,of course, sometimes I have big problems and not is the best situation for feel happy. But If I´m not happy, I can´t deal with the problem properly. I always try to find solution to all problems in my life and in that way feel happy. Also, I reckon that stay happy and healthy are join,because when you feel happy your mind is healthy. About our body, in my case, I go dance twice a week to get fit and I do the 4 meal, because nutrition is the most important thing to stay healthy.
TASK 2
-When I was a child I was several sporting injuries, but for me the worst was last year when I was playing handball .In the trainings I realised that I had discomfort in my right knee but I didn´t give importance. My mother said me that I shouldn´t go training but I´d rather to go. At the weekend, I was playing a match and in the last minutes I couldn´t finish. My knee was swollen. Inmediately, I laid down on the floor and the doctor said me that I had a sprain and maybe the knee was broken. Fortunately I only sprain the knee. I was very unhappy because I couldn´t play the most important competition. I only accompany my team to encourage them.
Ok, I will tell you my way of stay happy and healthy, althought it is not very interesting. First of all, you have to have clear that the idea of being healthy is joined to sports, so you need to practise any sport, at least four times a week. I know that it is a bit complicated if you are a busy person, but this is the only way and if I am able to do it, I am sure you can too.
Sports do not just help you to be healthier or fitter, if not they also gives you more confidence and help you to concentrate, so if you are at the end of the term with a lot of exams, you can do like me, I go out for a while, I do some sport and I come with much more energy. Furthermore sports afect to your mood and althought it can be not croyable, after doing sport, you are much happier with yourself.
Task two
In this task I will talk about sports injuries. I have said that sports are very good for your health but you have to be careful because you can get injured. In my case, I have been injured only once, but I have to say that it is not a very kind experience.
I was jumping with my friends in the street and suddenly, a friend of mine pushed me and I fell over and because of that I had a sprained knee. I had to go quickly to the hospital and for this reason I missed my grand father's birthday party.
I think that the most important thing in the life is to be happy and healthy. But if you are not happy, everything is bad. You have to feel happy to be healthy. To be healthy, I try to eat healthy food like vegetables, fruits, etc. Is important to doing some sports because this avoid lots of types of disseases. You have to have a good feeding, it is so important. If you are healthy, everything will be easier.
Task 2:
I will tell you an experience with sport injuries. You have to be careful with the sport becuse it is healthy but sometimes, you can hurt you.
When I was little, I used to go to the park with my friends to play in the afternoon. We went to the park with the skates and in the park, were many banks. I was looking back to talk with my friends, i didn´t realize and I hitted with a bank and I broke up my lip.
what I do to be happy is when I'm sad I'm going to sleep the sleep you desestresas and you then relax when I wake up I'm super happy and up is good for health
I never has broken me no bones but if I did I damage.It was when I was 12 years old and playing football gave me a kick and I had a sprain.I was three weeks with leg with many bands.was very horrific

I am going to tell you something that happened to me when I was ten years old. I think this is the most important injury I have had.
I was at my aunt's cottage. We were celebrating my cousin's birthday. We were having a good time laughing and playing with a ball. While I was running, I fell to the ground next to some bricks. I broke two fingers and I hurt my face. I was very sad and sore and I couldn't come back to my cousin's birthday.
Task 1:I'm going to tell you one thing that give me the happyness.It is very eassy when I sleep i fell happy becouse I am a very nervous people and i waste a lot of energy so i am very tired.And for me when i sleep and I have a lot of energy i fell very happy.
Another thing that i do that also give me the happyness and also i be healthy is practice sport. I practice football but also i like to walk becouse i feel more relax.
Task 2: I'm going to tell you one injury when I was playing football. Two years ago I was playing football I am the goalkeper of my team.We were playing a fotball match and one player of my team was running with the ball.He came quickly to me but a few metter back he kikc the ball trying to score a goal.After that I stop the ball and clear it.Few second later i clear the ball i try to cath the ball but one pleyer of my time wanted to kick other time the ball.At the end my partner kick my hand and i broke one finger of my hand.
Then I go to the doctor and he put me a gypsum and i have to stay with this 2 weeks.It was very unconfortable and itch a lot.I recomend you that be carefully and buy a good gloves.
1. I am happy and healthy because I am with my friends and with my family, too, like fruit every day and I practice sports 3 times a week and the weekend I play a football game.

2. When doing sport you always have to be very careful, because you can cause a slight injury or a serious injury. As for example me, that in a match they caused me a serious injury.
One day I went to play a game with my team. TASK 2: Once playing soccer with my team I injured. I went with the ball to score a goal and the defense of the other team kicked me in the ankle. Immediately I fell to the floor and when I went to see my ankle I had swollen.
Finally I went to the doctor and what I had was a sprained ankle. It took me two weeks without supporting my foot. I felt uncomfortable because I could only move with my crutches.
1.I stay happy and healthy eating healthy every day and doing sports. The happiest I feel when I dance. I usually practice dancing for many hours.
I also feel healthy when I eat fruits and vegetables. My favorite fruit is the orange and my favorite vegetable is the carrot.
2.Once I had an injury playing tennis, I twisted my ankle and they had to take me running to the hospital, because we thought it was serious. I spent several weeks with my foot in plaster. It hurt a lot and I was really sorry I could not practice tennis for weeks. This injury caused me to miss a great dance performance I had been preparing for a long time. My dance partners were very sad because we had been doing this for a long time. After several weeks I can recover and play again and dance.
1- Okey , somes things that I do to be happy are be whit friends, whit the family, my dog …. For me the fishing is the most important thing to be happy when I go to fish I feel happy no matter if I catch fish or not.
To stay healthy I try to do sports like running, soccer ... and also maintain a proper diet in which you do not abuse cakes, fats, sugars, but if you eat fruit, drink water …
2-A recent thing was this summer when one afternoon I went to the breakwater to fish while I caught some bait and well after being all afternoon there just leaving when I had both hands occupied I slipped picking up a shrimp .
I did a esgince on the right ankle and all the legs full of cuts, because of this I could not compete in that week's fishing contest.
I stay happy when I pass time with my friends, listening to music, in general when I do things that I like.
I do for be a healthy person is eat fruit everyday and sometimes I do sport, moreover I don't take drugs only alcohol in a important events.
Task2:
When I stay in the school in p.e the teacher say that this day we would play to football, and when a companion my pass to me the ball other companion crossed and we both fell to the ground and I hurt my wrist.
I would like to point out that it was the left wrist and only I had to leave it at rest for a few days.
1- I'm happy when my family is united and we talk about our problems or job and studies and we give advices. When i go to party with my friends and we have fun, dancing, singing or talking I'm also happy. When i pass the final exam for any subject I'm very happy because all I have studied it serves as something. Other thing is when I play an instrument with my father and the songs are so good we are happy because we do this good.
For my healthy routine I eat some fruits, for example, tangerines, then I drink a lot of water between 4 or 5 liters. In the lunch time I eat carbohydrates. At the evening I make an exercise table and I do exercise with arms, abdominals, and legs.
2- I never have a sport injuries. But I key a knife in my hand when I cut a tomato. One day when i was doing to do my dinner I think that I would eat a salad. When I go to cut the tomato I key a knife in my hand and i saw a lot of blood I was so scared because I'm getting dizzy.
Then I put a paper in my hand for that no more blood came out and past 15 minutes I put a band. Past weeks and I kept a scar on my hand.
There are many things in the life for to be happy but I´m feel good when I stay with my family, friends, animals... I help my friends when they need it and this is a way to feel good. I love listenign to music, sing, look after animals above everything to be healthy.
Moreover, to try to be a healthy person I must practice sport every afternoon. Sometimes, I go running and I eat a piece of fruit when I finish.
TASK 2:
When I was playing basketball during a PI lesson two years ago, I injured one of my finger. That happened because I asked for the ball, he passed it me and I injured my finger.
Finally I went to the doctor and they bandaged my finger. I stayed with the bandage for two weeks.
The best way to feel happy, healthy and fit is to exercise is do sport and don´t drink alcohol or drinks that contain a lot of sugar . I drink 2 L of wather per day and i usually eat 4 or 5 pieces of fruit.
I used to heat some vegetables at lunch.for dinner i use to eat a sandchich ad for breakfast i eat milk with some toast with oil and in school i use to it an pear. At the afternoons i use to play tenis 23 days per week.
Some years ago i broke a legs when i was playing tenis. I have to wear a plaster 5 months !!! it was to difficult to go to school i a friend helps me to go.likely the time pass to fast for my and this 5 moths were very quik because of this injury i miss a lot off practice on tenis
1 The best thing you can do if want to be happy is spend time in the things that you love. For example, when i have a bad day a dance class help me to be happy. But for me the most important thing is be ok with my family and friends.
Health and happiness are very related! To be healthy is necessary to have a routine of sport and a good diet. I go dance three tiemes a week and i eat fast food once a week. I also try to sleep eight hours every days.
2 When I was 10 i played basketball in the team of my village. In June we had a very important match between the best team in Seville, so we had to train too hard.
Ten days before the match, when i was trainig i stumbled with the ball and i broke my ankle. I was very upset because i couldn’t play in the match, but i saw on the bench cheering my trammates.
For stay happy the first thing that I need is that must be Friday or Saturday, in this two days my happines is higher. Also to be happy I usually meet with my firends, I go to a shed of my cousin and all my friends with the hooka of course, it can not fail. We smoke hooka and also play cards, monopoly and of course we lough a lot so it is where I really have fun. To stay healthy I usually go to play tennis with my parent, before we didn't use to go playing tennis, but now we are playing again and I also feel happy in this aspect, because I missed it. I also go running some days, but onle few days.
Second task:
I had a very hard injury when I was only 7, I was in a football training and my trainer took my from the feet, and put me upside down, when he put me again on the floor he put all the wight on my left shoulder and it makes that my clavicle broke. I was really hurted, the mother of Juan Carlos Ruiz were there and touch my shoulder to see if it was serious, and evidently it was, she called my dad and pick me and we wen to the doctor. I was near 2 months without playing. It was in the middel of the season so I have lost a match each weekend. After pass the injury I had problems to play again, my left shoulder hurted me when I ran too much, so I pass to play tennis due to my dad also played it and in tennis you must run less, but faster.
Task 1;I think that happiness is a state of mind, in which we must maintain ourselves. That in spite of small or big problems we must maintain the happiness. Because, we can not make of a problem a world so that we will never be happy. We have to learn to look at the good side of things. I find happiness in my family, music, my friends, and riding horse.
Task 2; Well, I have not had any serious incidents in my life, because I have been beaten, but nothing happened to me, I did not break, I did not change anything in my life.
But one day I was with my cousins playing in the dark room. I climbed into a box and lost the balance. I fell, and I hit the floor with my mouth. When I looked in the mirror I had a broken tooth.
TASK 1: For me there are essential things to keep me healthy as well as for everyone. I try to maintain a healthy diet, I do sports and I take care of myself, maybe not everything that I should, but I do it more and more. TASK 2: I have had many falls throughout my life, none with a serious end but many very silly ones. The one I am going to tell is one that I find particularly funny even though at the time it did not do much to me.
One day I went to visit a friend at her house, and she went out to the balcony to talk with me and with a friend who was also coming. Then the girl on the balcony played music and we downstairs started dancing and singing on the sidewalk in front of her. his house, with the bad luck that I stumbled and sprained my ankle. It was 27th of March and I was in school, I remember it because the next day was my birthday and I was thinking about celebrating it in class but the doctor told me that I could not go because I had to be at rest so I could not go to school and I could not do it.
I'll tell you what I do to be healthy: the first thing is that I train every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Saturday games, against teams from all over the Aljarafe. I usually eat healthy although sometimes I do not eat any fruit, I am thin although I would like to be a little more weight.
My way of being happy is not to worry much about what bothers me or what I do not like because otherwise I will be sad I am also happy when I am with my friends because I laugh a lot because sometimes it is good to leave home especially if you mother is angry or there is bad atmosphere, I am also happy when I am with my family because they tell many jokes.
Yes, once I was injured by the fibers of my groin, when I was playing soccer. At the start of the game I felt discomfort and when I finished the first part I told the coach that if I could leave on the bench it hurt me and when five minutes passed he told me that if it was okay to play and I said yes but really not I was fine, good that alfinal came to play and at the time I had to give a pass and I crunched my groin so it hurt me.
I missed the 3 games that I most wanted to play because they are the eternal rivals and the strongest were olive groves, skiffs and beds.
I really like playing and watching football. I am a sevillista, I also like to ride a horse a lot. I play football once a week and I also ride horses once a week. They are very fun and very healthy sports . Horse riding is very healthy, I relax a lot riding horse and I enjoy a lot. I also practice football because I like it and it is healthy. I also like to eat everything because it is very important to get the vitamin and nutrients that we need.

No, I have never had a sports injury, but I have cut a finger starting jamon.Esto annoy me a lot because it was in summer and I could not bathe in the pool or on the beach.
But removing that I cut my finger has never happened anything playing.
1 -I think a way to be happy it’s not only to have a family and so many friends; you must to feel good with yourself and with the people near to you. I walk every day to go to school and dance twice a week, I don’t consume any type of drugs or drink alcohol. I eat healthy meal like salad or fruit. 2- When I was 6 my brother and I were at the kitchen of our house and each one we put on a boxing gloves and we had played with the gloves but in one of the “blow” he gave me in my face when I had a milk tooth and it felt under the fridge.
I keep myself happy and healthy playing football, for me soccer is one of the most important things in my life, playing soccer I know people and I make friends with whom I share very good moments, both on and off the field, and I also keep in shape because I train three days a week and one more day of the game.
TASK 2 If I had a major injury, it was a soccer game in March 2017, it was a divided ball and I jumped with the opposing team's defender, in the jump we collided and we were unbalanced and fell to the ground, with the bad luck that he fell on my hand and I split the fifth metacarpal, I did not miss any important event but almost I'm going to the end of year trip to aturias with the plaster.
To stay happy, I usually try to listen to music whenever I can. I love it and I can’t stay much time without music. Also, I try to speak with my sister when I feel bad because she helps me giving me some tips and she always get to make me laugh. In conclusion, what I do to stay happy is to spend time with persons that I love because I know that they are going to make me feel better, and listen to music everyday because it is something that returns more interesting my days.
To stay healthy, I prefer eating healthy food like fruit to practising some sport. I like all kinds of fruit, vegetables, nuts….Also, for me it is easier to follow a healthy and balanced diet than the physical exercise. I don’t practice any sports because I dont’t like it and I don’t like the competitiveness.
Second Task
I have a " permanent injury " in my knees, it makes that I have sore knees with more frequently. But I have never had a serious injury like a broken leg so I am going to talk about once when I was a child I sprained my ankle.
One day, when I was just a little girl, I was playing with my little sister, we were playing at catching the one to other one. We were running inside our house when I fell. I didn’t see that I came in a room that my mom have just clean it, and I slipped. It was the same day that the birthday of a friend and I couldn’t go.
To start with, I try to be always happy. People tell me that I have a very good sense of humour so it's a positive quality for me. I'll tell you my secret to be always happy and smiling. You need to do sports for a while in the afternoon. When you finished your homework, you must try to do it because you'll clear the head, so if you have to study when you came back, you'll do it better.
Moreover, you should keep a healthy diet. For breakfast, I usually drink some milk and a toast but I think will be better to ear some apple or some piece of fruit than a milk with a toast. For dinner, you should eat some lettuce or some salad instead of some pizza or burger. I have to admit that twice a week I eat some pizza or some fast food for dinner. I have to change this habits and to keep a healthy diet.
Second task:
Well, I'll tell you an injury that I've made when I was a child. One day, my cousin Pepe decided to go with me to the Albaida's countryside riding a bike. I was too happy with that proposition but the problem came when a small rock was in the middle of the way. I didn't see it so I continued laughing and riding my new bike. Then I fell off my bike and I hit a cactus. It was so painful.
At once, my cousin Pepe called my father and I went to the hospital. I was in there for 2 days. They were the 2 days longest of my life. During my 2 days in the hospital, I missed a friend's birthday. For me, it was really important because I needed to go to see all my friends and people who I've not seen for a long time. Nowadays I'm recovered and when I ride my bike I ride in a careful way.
1-. I keep myself happy doing what I like, playing football, staying with my friends, going for a run. I feel very happy and it's good for my health. I consider myself a healthy person because I eat everything, fruits, vegetables, legumes, meat ... I never miss any food. I also do not smoke or drink alcohol.
2-.I have had several injuries and they have all been playing soccer. One of the most serious has been in the ankle playing a final of Andalusia that I had a sprain of 3grade and prevented me from playing 4 months. The opposing defender flattened my ankle and I folded it. I have also had several knee, thigh injuries and I broke my wrist 3 times.
Well, I will say the things that make me feel happy, I'm not saying that when I do this things I´m always happy...Happyness is a feeling that comes and leaves all the time, but when I feel sad or something like this, the things I like to do are this:
Meeting my friends is the thing I enjoy more, I like spending time with them talking, walking, playing football or videogames, seeing films... I really love them because they make me feel really happy, and they alse listen to me when I am sad and I need to tell them something. I have two best friends and they are brothers, they live next to me and We know each other since I was 2 or 3 years. I enjoy all the time I spend with them and they are too special for me.
Previously, I mentioned that I play football with my friends, nowadays it is the only sport I practise...but I have been playing basketball for 7 years. I don´t have a very healthy nutrition because I don´t like vegetables, but I eat 3 pieces of fruit a day.
The most brutal injury I have happened when I was 6 or 7 years old, I don´t remember it very well, I was going to the football training because I played in the Olivares team, and when I was running in the sportcentre to go to the football field, I fell down in a slope, the worst thing about this fall is that when I fell, instantaneally I put my face on the floor...when I stand up I felt that I had an injury in my face. I lost a part of my skin near my mouth and I had a lot of blood in my face as well. It was the worst injury I have.
I don´t consider that I am happy but I try to get it, people think that stay happy is a obligation but is false because in my opinion I have my problems and my bad days , and this involve that I can´t stay happy always, that´s why I try to look at the bright side of life to get be happy.
In relation with the healthy I follow a diet to eat the best healthy food but I practise many sports to get a healthy body more quickly. Doing sport I can get be happy and healthy because if I practise a sports that I love it, I do excercise and I enjoy it.
Task 2
I had a serious injury two years ago when I was playing a football match in Alcalá del Río. A opponent felt in my knee and its bent. I knew the high danger that I had in that moment.
The next day the doctor said me that I can´t play football for two months and felt so sad because I losed eight football match.
Stay happy and healthy is the goal of most of the people so, what I do?
I don't like sports but, I love doing excersice because it makes me feel relax and also it keeps me healthy. Something important if you want to stay healthy is what you eat and the way you eat it, I love vegetables and fruit but, I don't like the taste of meat or soda.
Excersice it's not the only thing that I do to be happy, I love call my friends and meet them because they are always there when I need them and when I don't or, I love to stay at home with my pets and read or watching horror films, I know I could see them with my friends but they detest those kind of films instead of The Others, they prefer watch 50 shades of Gray, unbelievable.
Maybe horror films shows me that if I see a abandoned house probably someone os going to murder me there, but they don't show me how to react when I fell down in Plaza de Arma's stairs.
It happened when I was 10 years old, it was raining and I slide through the stairs, two women tried to catch me but they fell too. It was so embarrassing but we fortunately didn't broke nothing.
For me , I am happy with my family and friends ,they are nice and very generous.Iam a funny person and I am always laughing.However ,if I have a bad day ,I am angry and sad.My family say that I am funny,a dreamer,direct,sociable,extrovert,although.they also say I am moody and stubborn.
I stay healthy,I eat fruit ,meat,vegetables ,fish and I try to eat fast food.I don´t have breakfast, but at midday,I have a snack.I have lunch,have a coffe in the afternoom and have dinner .Sometimes ,when I don´t have to study,I go to the sports center with my neighbour.That´s great!But my mother say that I can´t go out to the sports center on weekly days because I have to study,I would like to do more excersise .
Task 2:
I have had two important accidents :
One day ,I was four years old and I was at home .I was playing when I fell down of a chair .I splited the berd and the doctor gave me fifteen stitches .I was playing a game where we had to sid on a chair when the music stopped .
At school ,I was eight years old .I was playing tennis when my best friends fell down and broke my leg .I was one moth with my leg in plaster .I feel uneassy .Due to this , my family and I our tripand I put off our trip to Portugal.
I think the best way to keep yourself happy and healthy is practising any sport because is also the best form to clear your mind or to keeping fit. ALthough I think to practise sport for a busy person isn´t very good because sometimes you can organize well, I advice you to look forthe time to do it and you will realised that It was worth it.
I try to practise sports three days a week because I don´t think that I would be able to practise another one because I don´t have time enough but I would like to do it.
Second task.
I am not a person who has serious injuries but I have a lot of less ones. An injury that I remember very well is when I was running in a football match and I twisted my unkle. When I realised that it causes me a lot of pain I immediately say it and I was carried to the hospital as quick as possible. When we arrived the doctors put me a plaster.
Although my family though that the worst of the injury was the pain and the time that I have to be with the plaster, I,however think that the worst of that was that I wouldn´t can go to the final of the campionschip that I was playing with my team next week.
Taks 1 How do you stay happy and healthy? To stay healthy I eat fruits and vegetables, I like fruits like oranges, strawberries, watermelons ... even I do not like the apples the pears . About the vegetables I love salads, peppers... On the other hand I play not too much sport with that matter I'm a little lazy. I just walk and run a few days. I think I should practice more sport, because being healthy is not only eating balanced is also practicing sports. Yes I had a injuries sporting , Well it all started when I was 3 or 4 years old, I was walking through my garden and then I opened the door of my storage room and there was a closet with many drawers and I opened them as a staircase and went up to reach the top and when I was going for the fifth box the wardrobe with my weight fell towards me and I broke my shoulde. For a while I could not move, and I had a really bad time.
My favorite sport is basketball because I love running and baskets I remember an injury that when I entered the basket I threw the ball up but when I fell I doubled my ankle and was 2 months without being able to play basketball I have a good time with my friends when we are in the sports center on the soccer track or when we all meet to smoke a hookah. My favorite hobby is the sports pigeons since I love to win haha and I have never been injured.
A few years ago, when I was about 6 years old, I started having swimming lessons and it soon became my favourite sport. I continued improving my swimming in those classes until I became 12, even though I had a pretty damaging scratch four years before I quitted it.
I was just doing a friendly competition in my family's summer house with some friends that lived nearby. It considered in swimming across the pool, getting out of it and go back again to the “start line” to repeat it four times more. In the third round, I went too fast and slipped at the edge of the pool and fell in the water. It didn't hurt, so I didn't notice that my right arm and my right knee had both a big scatch that was, indeed, bleeding a lot. Since then, I never run next to a pool ain any circumstance.
KEEPING HEALTHY AND HAPPY
In my opinion, to be healthy you have to stay happy first. Scientificly, happiness is a mental state in which your body creates some hormones that are produced when you are doing what you like and they assure your well-being. Personally, I'm happier when I spend time with the people I care about, when I'm reading or listening to music, staying relaxed...
I don't really do a lot of healthy stuff, but it's because I have a feet problem. However, that doesn't mean I don't try to keep a healthy life. I have to take a lot of care of my mouth, for example, since I have braces. I also eat two or three fruits daily and I go to the bikeway when I have the time to do it. Usually, I sleep seven hours, but in the weekends I have more time so I sleep more. Overall, I admit I have to improve my healthy habits.
KEEPING HEALTHY In order to be healthy, the first thing I do is to do a lot of sport, I practice soccer 4 times a week and the days that I do not practice soccer or I go out to run or I go to the gym. The best way to be happy and healthy is the sport because you exercise and also have fun, other ways to be healthy is to eat vegetables, fruit ... but I really do not eat a lot of vegetables. SPORT INJURIES One of the sports injuries that I had was last week in a football match with my team, in a divided ball jump for the ball and I got a header in the nose I began to bleed a lot and I felt dizzy. Luckily I did not break my nose that I was what I thought had happened to me by the way of bleeding, I followed the whole game with an ice in the nose because I had it very red and swollen, at the time I was under the inflammation and I was not dizzy anymore. 1.- How do you stay happy and healthy? Sports are an easy way to get fit and to have a healthy live, It also depends in our genetics.I stay healthy because I practise tennis three times a week. In tennis, I don´t only practise tennis to play it well, I also run after train because an important part of a tennis player is to be fit.
Sports also is an easy way to be happy. When I go to train I’m happy because I do something I like with my partners and It’ s so fun. Also I have fun playing video games with my friends or just alone.
2.- I broke my knee 5 years ago. I was playing football with some friends when I fell off and I hit a wall with my knee, so I had to go to the hospital because It was a serious injure.
Our football team was the second of our league of football and two days ago I had the accident so I lost the most important match of the year because if we won, we will won the football league and finally my team won without me.
I am happy when I am with my family, I train basketball with my friends but especially I am on holidays. This is the most important thing for me to be happy.
I consider myself a healthy person,as well (three meals a day), I do sports, I rest perfectly and I take things quietly without stress.
Task 2:
4 years ago on June 4, 2014 I was going to train basketball at the sports centre. I used to always walk but that day was very fair with time and I decided to take my bike. When I was going down a hill I caught too much speed and braked suddenly. The rear brake did not work and I shot forward. Lucky that I put my hands in front, if I had not opened my head. I broke my left hand and they had to put a plaster on me. It lasted a month and because of that I had to go the 6th trip with the arm in plaster.
TASK 1 The most important things to be healthy are to go out with yours friends and chill out at weekends, another important thing is practice some sport, i play basketball four times a week. Also we need to have a variety in our diet, we cannot eat fast food all days. This is very important. And the last thing i to rest the recomended hour, to be relax all day.
TASK 2 It happens two years ago. I was playing basketball. I was making a lay up. But i step on a feet of an opponent. After that i sprained my ankle. It was vey painfull. After the match i went to the hospital. The nurse said to me that it was very swollen so, they put me a plaster for three weeks.

2.Last year, I had an ankle sprained when I was practising basketball. When I was training in Albaida, I threw the ball to the basket and when I jump, I twisted my ankle and I didn't feel very good. ResponderEliminarI am happy when I am with my friends and family, since they are very happy and we always had a very good time. I am also happy when I play sports, since it is important for our health and at the same time you feel good with yourself.
Whenever I am with them or practice sports I have a great time, since you forget the rest of your problems and are distracted by other things that make you happy.
Second task.
When I was eight, I was skating when I tripped on a wheel and fell. I broke my wrist and chin. I had to go to the hospital and they put five stitches in my chin and they put my right hand in my cast.
I spent a month with the plaster and missed doing the tasks of the rest of my classmates since I could not write and ride horses, as I did every weekend.

ResponderEliminarTo be happy I use to do the things that I want such as practice sport at home, meet my friends on weekends, smoke some hookah with them, I go to parties on holidays...
On the other hand, to keep healthy I practice basketball three times a week, I go out for a run, I maintain a healthy diet and I try to sleep correctly and the necessary time.
Task 2: Sporting injuries
When I was 7 years old, I sprained my left ankle. It occurred while I was playing a basketball game in Coria del Río.
The match was almost finished and we were draw. Suddenly I felt a little nuissance in my left ankle but I didn't tell nothing to my coach because the match was so important, we had to win. Some minutes later the pain increased and I decided to ask for the substitution. Finally, we lose that match and I was very close to break my ankle. Because of that I was almost a month without practicing any sport.

ResponderEliminarTo be healthy I try to eat vegetables and fruits everyday because I think that's the main objective that we've to do to keep our fit. Other thing that I think that is important to our healthy is doing sport, lots of people think that if they stop eating they'll be fitter, but this isn't like they think, so to be healthy and with a fit body the main thing that we've to do is start doing sport and eat healthy, but never stop eating. And that's what I do.
To be happy I try to be a positive person even in the worst situations because if we just see the bad things of the live we will be always sad. I conssider myself an optimistic person able to enjoy the most insignificant moment making it a great opportunity to be happy; and that's the reason why I'm so happy.
No. I don't have had any important sporting injurie that I remember, but I'm going to tell you other thing, I don't remember this but my mother has told me lots of times:
She says that when I was a baby I was playing with the baby walker and she forgot to close the door of the stairs and I went there and started to fall off till the end of the stairs, but nothing happened to me, my mother says that she falt bad and too scared but that when she saw that I was ok she relaxed a little, and that's my story
1-In my opinion, if you want to be happy and healthy, you must have healthy habits, because if you have a healthy body, you will have a healthy mind. That's why I try to do sport twice a week, even if it seems tedious, playing sports helps you to liberate endorphins, which it is the hormone of happiness.

ResponderEliminarI start telling you what makes me happy; I am with my friends every weekend, we go somewhere, to Sevilla, to the airesur, or somewhere where we can have fun; or we stay in a house and see a movie; with pizzas and gummies. I also feel happy when I stay at home with my family, or we go to see the rest of my family, when we stay at home, we usually play a game, do some craft or some cooking recipe.
For me to feel healthy, I always drink orange juice after arriving at the institute to charge myself with energy, I also take a piece of fruit for dessert; Another thing I do is take my dog for a walk and so I do a little energy; also sometimes when I do not know what to do and I'm bored I ride my father's bike, which is inside my house and has a mechanism that when I ride it I can bike inside the house.

One day in 6th grade, we were practicing basketball when a child went to take the ball and put my ankle on my back while I dragged it forward, it hurt a lot and I felt like a tingling in my ankle, as I'm a bit stubborn that same Later I went to train in artistic gymnastics and in a portés a girl stopped me in the same ankle that I had doubled.
I took a lot and at night I went to the doctor and they told me that I had a 2 degree sprain, I stayed 2 weeks without being able to walk and I missed all the artistic gymnastics training.

ResponderEliminarOne of the things that make me happy is to play my instrument, it makes me forget about the problems whether they are familiar or not. Another thing that keeps me happy is to stay with the family or with my friends
One of the things that keep me healthy or in shape is to exercise every afternoon, at least I usually take 20 minutes,or 40 minutes for a maxium, another of the things that keep me healthy is eating lots of fruit in the afternoon, sometimes I do until a mixture of fruits.

Yes I had injuries, specifically one, when I was little and I was doing physical education, I played a gymkhana, I started playing and when I had to stop and I could with my hands on the floor so I broke a very little bone that is called scaphoid.
The bad thing is that it was approaching summer and I could not bathe for 1 month that I was eternal, the good thing is that I did not have to help my mother, since I could not.

ResponderEliminarMe to be happy, I release all my energy practicing sport. This helps me to have energy the next day and to feel good about myself. The sport that I practice is volleyball and it helps me to overcome the week with strength.
As for health, every day before going to school I drink a large cup of orange juice with many vitamins to be well during the day, I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day and therefore the person who do not eat breakfast will not be happy and strong during the day. Also to be a healthy person I usually eat two or more pieces of fruits and vegetables every day.
Task 2:
My accident that more badly I have spent it has been this year, when I was practicing volleyball. One day when I get to the pavilion where I train, I forget to put on my knee pads and I throw myself on the ground to catch the ball. I had several injuries to my knees but I thought it was nothing.
The following month I still had my right knee a little inflamed but I was still training, until the thirteenth of January I played a game and I hit my knee and could not walk. Thanks to this, this week I could not play the game my team had.

ResponderEliminar1.- To be happy and healthy in our lives is very important and necessary. Everybody should maintain good health, for example, in my case, everyday I eat 4 pieces of fruit and I also practise flamenco dance on Tuesdays and Thursdays, sport is very important to have better performance and energy.
Also, I only eat fast food once a week or once every two weeks, fast food is very harmful to our health, so you can not abuse it. Sometimes on Friday afternoons, I go for a run and I do sport, I recommend that everyone do the sport that they like, so it becomes much more enjoyable.
2.- Everybody should be very careful when we do some sport, because injuries are very common. Something that happened to me when I was a few years younger, was that when I was playing volleyball in the physical education class, the bone of a finger was doubled when I hit the ball badly when I received it.
When I realised that my finger was bent, I ran to call my father and we went to the doctor, the doctor put a bandage on my finger, and unfortunately it was a finger of my right hand, this week there was a contest for write a short story and the winner would get a prize, I was very excited to participate, but it was impossible to me to write the story because of my injured hand, so I did not attend that event.

ResponderEliminar-I think that in our life, the best important thing that we need is stay happy. I try always to be happy, despite all the problems,of course, sometimes I have big problems and not is the best situation for feel happy. But If I´m not happy, I can´t deal with the problem properly. I always try to find solution to all problems in my life and in that way feel happy.
Also, I reckon that stay happy and healthy are join,because when you feel happy your mind is healthy. About our body, in my case, I go dance twice a week to get fit and I do the 4 meal, because nutrition is the most important thing to stay healthy.
TASK 2
-When I was a child I was several sporting injuries, but for me the worst was last year when I was playing handball .In the trainings I realised that I had discomfort in my right knee but I didn´t give importance. My mother said me that I shouldn´t go training but I´d rather to go.
At the weekend, I was playing a match and in the last minutes I couldn´t finish. My knee was swollen. Inmediately, I laid down on the floor and the doctor said me that I had a sprain and maybe the knee was broken. Fortunately I only sprain the knee. I was very unhappy because I couldn´t play the most important competition. I only accompany my team to encourage them.

ResponderEliminarOk, I will tell you my way of stay happy and healthy, althought it is not very interesting. First of all, you have to have clear that the idea of being healthy is joined to sports, so you need to practise any sport, at least four times a week. I know that it is a bit complicated if you are a busy person, but this is the only way and if I am able to do it, I am sure you can too.
Sports do not just help you to be healthier or fitter, if not they also gives you more confidence and help you to concentrate, so if you are at the end of the term with a lot of exams, you can do like me, I go out for a while, I do some sport and I come with much more energy. Furthermore sports afect to your mood and althought it can be not croyable, after doing sport, you are much happier with yourself.
Task two
In this task I will talk about sports injuries. I have said that sports are very good for your health but you have to be careful because you can get injured. In my case, I have been injured only once, but I have to say that it is not a very kind experience.
I was jumping with my friends in the street and suddenly, a friend of mine pushed me and I fell over and because of that I had a sprained knee. I had to go quickly to the hospital and for this reason I missed my grand father's birthday party.

Then I go to the doctor and he put me a gypsum and i have to stay with this 2 weeks.It was very unconfortable and itch a lot.I recomend you that be carefully and buy a good gloves.

2. When doing sport you always have to be very careful, because you can cause a slight injury or a serious injury. As for example me, that in a match they caused me a serious injury.

TASK 2:
Once playing soccer with my team I injured. I went with the ball to score a goal and the defense of the other team kicked me in the ankle. Immediately I fell to the floor and when I went to see my ankle I had swollen.
Finally I went to the doctor and what I had was a sprained ankle. It took me two weeks without supporting my foot. I felt uncomfortable because I could only move with my crutches.

When I stay in the school in p.e the teacher say that this day we would play to football, and when a companion my pass to me the ball other companion crossed and we both fell to the ground and I hurt my wrist.

ResponderEliminarand we give advices. When i go to party with my friends and we have fun, dancing, singing or talking I'm also happy. When i pass the final exam for any subject I'm very happy because all I have studied it serves as something. Other thing is when I play an instrument with my father and the songs are so good we are happy because we do this good.
For my healthy routine I eat some fruits, for example, tangerines, then I drink a lot of water between
4 or 5 liters. In the lunch time I eat carbohydrates. At the evening I make an exercise table and I do exercise with arms, abdominals, and legs.
2- I never have a sport injuries. But I key a knife in my hand when I cut a tomato.
One day when i was doing to do my dinner I think that I would eat a salad. When I go to cut the tomato I key a knife in my hand and i saw a lot of blood I was so scared because I'm getting dizzy.
Then I put a paper in my hand for that no more blood came out and past 15 minutes I put a band.
Past weeks and I kept a scar on my hand.

ResponderEliminarFor stay happy the first thing that I need is that must be Friday or Saturday, in this two days my happines is higher. Also to be happy I usually meet with my firends, I go to a shed of my cousin and all my friends with the hooka of course, it can not fail. We smoke hooka and also play cards, monopoly and of course we lough a lot so it is where I really have fun.
To stay healthy I usually go to play tennis with my parent, before we didn't use to go playing tennis, but now we are playing again and I also feel happy in this aspect, because I missed it. I also go running some days, but onle few days.
Second task:
I had a very hard injury when I was only 7, I was in a football training and my trainer took my from the feet, and put me upside down, when he put me again on the floor he put all the wight on my left shoulder and it makes that my clavicle broke. I was really hurted, the mother of Juan Carlos Ruiz were there and touch my shoulder to see if it was serious, and evidently it was, she called my dad and pick me and we wen to the doctor. I was near 2 months without playing. It was in the middel of the season so I have lost a match each weekend. After pass the injury I had problems to play again, my left shoulder hurted me when I ran too much, so I pass to play tennis due to my dad also played it and in tennis you must run less, but faster.

I really consider that I am a girl so optimistic and fliz that getting up in the morning for me is something incredible. I have had many falls throughout my life, none with a serious end but many very silly ones. The one I am going to tell is one that I find particularly funny even though at the time it did not do much to me.

ResponderEliminarI'll tell you what I do to be healthy: the first thing is that I train every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Saturday games, against teams from all over the Aljarafe. I usually eat healthy although sometimes I do not eat any fruit, I am thin although I would like to be a little more weight.
My way of being happy is not to worry much about what bothers me or what I do not like because otherwise I will be sad I am also happy when I am with my friends because I laugh a lot because sometimes it is good to leave home especially if you mother is angry or there is bad atmosphere, I am also happy when I am with my family because they tell many jokes.
Yes, once I was injured by the fibers of my groin, when I was playing soccer. At the start of the game I felt discomfort and when I finished the first part I told the coach that if I could leave on the bench it hurt me and when five minutes passed he told me that if it was okay to play and I said yes but really not I was fine, good that alfinal came to play and at the time I had to give a pass and I crunched my groin so it hurt me.
I missed the 3 games that I most wanted to play because they are the eternal rivals and the strongest were olive groves, skiffs and beds.

To stay happy, I usually try to listen to music whenever I can. I love it and I can’t stay much time without music. Also, I try to speak with my sister when I feel bad because she helps me giving me some tips and she always get to make me laugh. In conclusion, what I do to stay happy is to spend time with persons that I love because I know that they are going to make me feel better, and listen to music everyday because it is something that returns more interesting my days.
To stay healthy, I prefer eating healthy food like fruit to practising some sport. I like all kinds of fruit, vegetables, nuts….Also, for me it is easier to follow a healthy and balanced diet than the physical exercise. I don’t practice any sports because I dont’t like it and I don’t like the competitiveness.
Second Task
I have a " permanent injury " in my knees, it makes that I have sore knees with more frequently. But I have never had a serious injury like a broken leg so I am going to talk about once when I was a child I sprained my ankle.
One day, when I was just a little girl, I was playing with my little sister, we were playing at catching the one to other one. We were running inside our house when I fell. I didn’t see that I came in a room that my mom have just clean it, and I slipped. It was the same day that the birthday of a friend and I couldn’t go.

To start with, I try to be always happy. People tell me that I have a very good sense of humour so it's a positive quality for me. I'll tell you my secret to be always happy and smiling. You need to do sports for a while in the afternoon. When you finished your homework, you must try to do it because you'll clear the head, so if you have to study when you came back, you'll do it better.
Moreover, you should keep a healthy diet. For breakfast, I usually drink some milk and a toast but I think will be better to ear some apple or some piece of fruit than a milk with a toast. For dinner, you should eat some lettuce or some salad instead of some pizza or burger. I have to admit that twice a week I eat some pizza or some fast food for dinner. I have to change this habits and to keep a healthy diet.
Second task:
Well, I'll tell you an injury that I've made when I was a child. One day, my cousin Pepe decided to go with me to the Albaida's countryside riding a bike. I was too happy with that proposition but the problem came when a small rock was in the middle of the way. I didn't see it so I continued laughing and riding my new bike. Then I fell off my bike and I hit a cactus. It was so painful.
At once, my cousin Pepe called my father and I went to the hospital. I was in there for 2 days. They were the 2 days longest of my life. During my 2 days in the hospital, I missed a friend's birthday. For me, it was really important because I needed to go to see all my friends and people who I've not seen for a long time. Nowadays I'm recovered and when I ride my bike I ride in a careful way.

I consider myself a healthy person because I eat everything, fruits, vegetables, legumes, meat ... I never miss any food. I also do not smoke or drink alcohol.
2-.I have had several injuries and they have all been playing soccer. One of the most serious has been in the ankle playing a final of Andalusia that I had a sprain of 3grade and prevented me from playing 4 months. The opposing defender flattened my ankle and I folded it.
I have also had several knee, thigh injuries and I broke my wrist 3 times.
Well, I will say the things that make me feel happy, I'm not saying that when I do this things I´m always happy...Happyness is a feeling that comes and leaves all the time, but when I feel sad or something like this, the things I like to do are this:
ResponderEliminarMeeting my friends is the thing I enjoy more, I like spending time with them talking, walking, playing football or videogames, seeing films... I really love them because they make me feel really happy, and they alse listen to me when I am sad and I need to tell them something.
I have two best friends and they are brothers, they live next to me and We know each other since I was 2 or 3 years. I enjoy all the time I spend with them and they are too special for me.
Previously, I mentioned that I play football with my friends, nowadays it is the only sport I practise...but I have been playing basketball for 7 years. I don´t have a very healthy nutrition because I don´t like vegetables, but I eat 3 pieces of fruit a day.
The most brutal injury I have happened when I was 6 or 7 years old, I don´t remember it very well, I was going to the football training because I played in the Olivares team, and when I was running in the sportcentre to go to the football field, I fell down in a slope, the worst thing about this fall is that when I fell, instantaneally I put my face on the floor...when I stand up I felt that I had an injury in my face. I lost a part of my skin near my mouth and I had a lot of blood in my face as well.
It was the worst injury I have.

ResponderEliminarI don´t consider that I am happy but I try to get it, people
think that stay happy is a obligation but is false
because in my opinion I have my problems and my bad days , and
this involve that I can´t stay happy always, that´s why I try
to look at the bright side of life to get be happy.
In relation with the healthy I follow a diet to eat the best
healthy food but I practise many sports to get a healthy
body more quickly. Doing sport I can get be happy and healthy
because if I practise a sports that I love it, I do excercise
and I enjoy it.
Task 2
I had a serious injury two years ago when I was playing a
football match in Alcalá del Río. A opponent felt in my
knee and its bent. I knew the high danger that I had in that
moment.
The next day the doctor said me that I can´t play football for
two months and felt so sad because I losed eight football match.

Stay happy and healthy is the goal of most of the people so, what I do?
ResponderEliminarI don't like sports but, I love doing excersice because it makes me feel relax and also it keeps me healthy.
Something important if you want to stay healthy is what you eat and the way you eat it, I love vegetables and fruit but, I don't like the taste of meat or soda.
Excersice it's not the only thing that I do to be happy, I love call my friends and meet them because they are always there when I need them and when I don't or, I love to stay at home with my pets and read or watching horror films, I know I could see them with my friends but they detest those kind of films instead of The Others, they prefer watch 50 shades of Gray, unbelievable.
Maybe horror films shows me that if I see a abandoned house probably someone os going to murder me there, but they don't show me how to react when I fell down in Plaza de Arma's stairs.
It happened when I was 10 years old, it was raining and I slide through the stairs, two women tried to catch me but they fell too. It was so embarrassing but we fortunately didn't broke nothing.

ResponderEliminarFor me , I am happy with my family and friends ,they are nice and very generous.Iam a funny person and I am always laughing.However ,if I have a bad day ,I am angry and sad.My family say that I am funny,a dreamer,direct,sociable,extrovert,although.they also say I am moody and stubborn.
I stay healthy,I eat fruit ,meat,vegetables ,fish and I try to eat fast food.I don´t have breakfast, but at midday,I have a snack.I have lunch,have a coffe in the afternoom and have dinner .Sometimes ,when I don´t have to study,I go to the sports center with my neighbour.That´s great!But my mother say that I can´t go out to the sports center on weekly days because I have to study,I would like to do more excersise .
Task 2:
I have had two important accidents :
One day ,I was four years old and I was at home .I was playing when I fell down of a chair .I splited the berd and the doctor gave me fifteen stitches .I was playing a game where we had to sid on a chair when the music stopped .
At school ,I was eight years old .I was playing tennis when my best friends fell down and broke my leg .I was one moth with my leg in plaster .I feel uneassy .Due to this , my family and I our tripand I put off our trip to Portugal.

First task.
ResponderEliminarI think the best way to keep yourself happy and healthy is practising any sport because is also the best form to clear your mind or to keeping fit. ALthough I think to practise sport for a busy person isn´t very good because sometimes you can organize well, I advice you to look forthe time to do it and you will realised that It was worth it.
I try to practise sports three days a week because I don´t think that I would be able to practise another one because I don´t have time enough but I would like to do it.
Second task.
I am not a person who has serious injuries but I have a lot of less ones. An injury that I remember very well is when I was running in a football match and I twisted my unkle. When I realised that it causes me a lot of pain I immediately say it and I was carried to the hospital as quick as possible. When we arrived the doctors put me a plaster.
Although my family though that the worst of the injury was the pain and the time that I have to be with the plaster, I,however think that the worst of that was that I wouldn´t can go to the final of the campionschip that I was playing with my team next week.

ResponderEliminarHow do you stay happy and healthy?
To stay healthy I eat fruits and vegetables, I like fruits like oranges, strawberries, watermelons ... even I do not like the apples the pears . About the vegetables I love salads, peppers... On the other hand I play not too much sport with that matter I'm a little lazy. I just walk and run a few days. I think I should practice more sport, because being healthy is not only eating balanced is also practicing sports.
To stay happy I do a lot of thing, like I've said before and I also listen to music that I love it, I also talk to my friends and stay with them, I sleep much time, and play with my sister .

Have you ever had any sporting injuries? Which sport were you practicing? What happened? How?
Yes I had a injuries sporting , Well it all started when I was 3 or 4 years old, I was walking through my garden and then I opened the door of my storage room and there was a closet with many drawers and I opened them as a staircase and went up to reach the top and when I was going for the fifth box the wardrobe with my weight fell towards me and I broke my shoulde. For a while I could not move, and I had a really bad time.

I remember an injury that when I entered the basket I threw the ball up but when I fell I doubled my ankle and was 2 months without being able to play basketball
I have a good time with my friends when we are in the sports center on the soccer track or when we all meet to smoke a hookah.
My favorite hobby is the sports pigeons since I love to win haha and I have never been injured.
SPORT INJURY
ResponderEliminarA few years ago, when I was about 6 years old, I started having swimming lessons and it soon became my favourite sport. I continued improving my swimming in those classes until I became 12, even though I had a pretty damaging scratch four years before I quitted it.
I was just doing a friendly competition in my family's summer house with some friends that lived nearby. It considered in swimming across the pool, getting out of it and go back again to the “start line” to repeat it four times more. In the third round, I went too fast and slipped at the edge of the pool and fell in the water. It didn't hurt, so I didn't notice that my right arm and my right knee had both a big scatch that was, indeed, bleeding a lot. Since then, I never run next to a pool ain any circumstance.
KEEPING HEALTHY AND HAPPY
In my opinion, to be healthy you have to stay happy first. Scientificly, happiness is a mental state in which your body creates some hormones that are produced when you are doing what you like and they assure your well-being. Personally, I'm happier when I spend time with the people I care about, when I'm reading or listening to music, staying relaxed...
I don't really do a lot of healthy stuff, but it's because I have a feet problem. However, that doesn't mean I don't try to keep a healthy life. I have to take a lot of care of my mouth, for example, since I have braces. I also eat two or three fruits daily and I go to the bikeway when I have the time to do it. Usually, I sleep seven hours, but in the weekends I have more time so I sleep more. Overall, I admit I have to improve my healthy habits.

KEEPING HEALTHY
ResponderEliminarIn order to be healthy, the first thing I do is to do a lot of sport, I practice soccer 4 times a week and the days that I do not practice soccer or I go out to run or I go to the gym.
The best way to be happy and healthy is the sport because you exercise and also have fun, other ways to be healthy is to eat vegetables, fruit ... but I really do not eat a lot of vegetables.
SPORT INJURIES
One of the sports injuries that I had was last week in a football match with my team, in a divided ball jump for the ball and I got a header in the nose I began to bleed a lot and I felt dizzy.
Luckily I did not break my nose that I was what I thought had happened to me by the way of bleeding, I followed the whole game with an ice in the nose because I had it very red and swollen, at the time I was under the inflammation and I was not dizzy anymore.

Sports are an easy way to get fit and to have a healthy live, It also depends in our genetics.I stay healthy because I practise tennis three times a week. In tennis, I don´t only practise tennis to play it well, I also run after train because an important part of a tennis player is to be fit.
Sports also is an easy way to be happy. When I go to train I’m happy because I do something I like with my partners and It’ s so fun. Also I have fun playing video games with my friends or just alone.
2.- I broke my knee 5 years ago. I was playing football with some friends when I fell off and I hit a wall with my knee, so I had to go to the hospital because It was a serious injure.
Our football team was the second of our league of football and two days ago I had the accident so I lost the most important match of the year because if we won, we will won the football league and finally my team won without me.
Task1:
ResponderEliminarI am happy when I am with my family, I train basketball with my friends but especially I am on holidays. This is the most important thing for me to be happy.
I consider myself a healthy person,as well (three meals a day), I do sports, I rest perfectly and I take things quietly without stress.
Task 2:
4 years ago on June 4, 2014 I was going to train basketball at the sports centre. I used to always walk but that day was very fair with time and I decided to take my bike. When I was going down a hill I caught too much speed and braked suddenly. The rear brake did not work and I shot forward. Lucky that I put my hands in front, if I had not opened my head. I broke my left hand and they had to put a plaster on me. It lasted a month and because of that I had to go the 6th trip with the arm in plaster.

ResponderEliminarThe most important things to be healthy are to go out with yours friends and chill out at weekends, another important thing is practice some sport, i play basketball four times a week. Also we need to have a variety in our diet, we cannot eat fast food all days. This is very important. And the last thing i to rest the recomended hour, to be relax all day.
TASK 2
It happens two years ago. I was playing basketball. I was making a lay up. But i step on a feet of an opponent. After that i sprained my ankle. It was vey painfull. After the match i went to the hospital. The nurse said to me that it was very swollen so, they put me a plaster for three weeks.
