  1. Saving energy: innovating ideas.

    At home:
Using leds instead of light bulbs in the Christmas Tree.
These kind of bulbs consume less energy.©

    At school:
Turn the lights on only since 8:15 till 10:15. Then it is not necessary because the sun rays are sufficient. ©

    Getting around:
Renewal of the municipal public lighting system by more efficient ones. More light per minus energy.

    Recycling:
Use used paper to design Christmas decoration and decore your house or the street.©

    Shopping:
Buy seasonal products and produced locally. They are cheaper from the point of view of transport and refrigeration (do not require consumption of fuel and electricity).

  2. 1.-At home
Install pipes to conduce the heat from the chimeney to the other rooms.
We can install pipes made of PVC to spread the heat that the chimeney produce to heat the rest of the house.

    2.-At schools
Put containers at the playground and at the corridor to recycle paper that students don't need.
The students that use paper to take notes, use a lot of paper so when they finish their exams the can throw this paper to the containers to recycle.

    3.-Getting around.
Elecctric cars with solar panels in the roof
Install solar panel at the top of the electric car to produce the enough energy to charge the battery of the car

    4.- Recycling
Recycle plastic like bottles or straws to make christmas decoration.
We can recycle plastic from containers to make christmas decoration to the town like big balls made of plastic with decoration made of straws
    5.-Shopping
Use websites-shops to look for bargains.
Using websites-shops like amazon or aliexpress we can get a lot bargains and safe more money than in normal shops

  3. Work of marta and david 4ºc: our company.

    our green diet:

    1. at home: We can invent mobile chargers that do not plug in, but have a small solar panel in their head, that only with leaving them a sunny day in the yard 20 minutes from now you can charge your mobile

    2. at school: our idea is to place motion sensors on the keys of the computers, of the computer classes so that when they are pressed, they generate energy for the lighting of the class

    3. gettins around: a 7-seater car that with its own movement generates energy to operate and does not need gasoline

    4. recycling: use your old things that do not serve to create new ones, for example: a shirt that does not work for you, you can modify it to create a house for your pet, https://youtu.be/bYzdU9teWgk

    5. shopping: instead of going to supermarkets known as day, mercadonal ...buy in the square abasto

  4. THE GREEN DIET

    1- At home
To save energy at home we can put solar panel son the roof of our house and use appliances that work with electricity generated by solar panels throughout the day.

    2- At school
To save more energy at school you can take advantage of sunlight to not spend so much electricity by turning on the lights when it´s sunny and it looks good in the classroom.

    3- Getting around
An effective method to save energy with transports is to seriously implement solar panel son the roof of the cars so that electricity is generated so that the cars battery is charged and the car becomes mobile.

    4- Recycling
An innovative way to recycle is to reuse old objects and transform them into home decoration for example a way to recycle a plastic bottle would be to turn it into a pot, to recycle the cardboard we can make a garbage can so we give more uses to the old objects.

    5- Shopping
We can use coupons and discount cards to save more money when making the purchase. Another way to save would be to have a limit of money to spend in this way you will only spend what is necessary. On the other hand you could have a vegetable garden and plant vegetables so you will save a lot of money.

At home: To save on the consumption of your appliances, buy them with the class A of energy efficiency and make the most of their capacity: use short washing cycles and avoid high temperatures.
At school: When you are in the computer room and you are not using them you must turn off all the computers
Getting Around: Drive "economically", accelerate quickly or brake abruptly consume more petrol and spend tires and brakes.
Recycling: Recycle all your notebooks of ESO except the ones you are using and the English ones because English is so funny.
Shopping: You need a time to think what is necessary to you to buy going shopping and make a list.
Finally you only buy the things only that are on the list, so you only buy neccesary things

lights that switch off when you leave the room.

    2. At school: you can remove unneeded light fixtures near
windows, especially in unused corners or along banks
    of windows.

    3. Getting around: by electric scooter and replace any car or
motorcycle that pollute more than it.

    4. Recycling: you can deposited batteries in the appropriate
container or "clean point" that are closer to your
workplace. Its biodegradation can last between 500
    years and 1000 years.

    5. Shopping: donate to charity or sell old clothes, also you can
give clothes to your little brother o your litlle

  8. 1.At home: Use light colors on the walls and ceiling, you will make better use of natural lighting and you can reduce artificial lighting.
-Rather than using the dryer, tend to the sun, since this appliance is one of the most consumed.

2.At school: Installing thermostatic valves on the radiators, helping to correctly adjust the temperature of the classroom and reducing consumption by the boiler.
-If the digital board is not used for more than fifteen minutes, turn off the projector

3.Recycling:Recycle the use of PET bottles as a glass, cup or vase.

3.Getting around: Initiatives to share vehicles promoted from each company.
-Make more bike lanes in the cities.

5.Shopping: go quickly to the area where you need what you need without getting distracted by the way.
-Think twice if you really need the products that are "on offer" at the ends of each aisle. Many times they do not
    offer real savings.

  9. One idea to save energy at home is the 'pedal washer' which consists of: with the motor energy that we generate by pedaling, we transform it into kinetics that makes the washing machine turn and clothes can be washed.

Another idea to save at school is to install glass on the roof of the classroom so that sunlight enters and thus save electricity.

To save energy in transport, electric motorbikes with solar panels could be built to be recharged with the sun's energy and so they will always be available for use.

Static bicycles could be installed in gyms to recycle the energy produced by the bicycle.

In order not to spend money on clothes, a machine could be manufactured that converts the plastic wrappers into clothes.

  10. We think that, at home, one original and useful idea would be to create a simple, cheap, green and homemade solar panel made out of cans and a little water tank. When you put your solar panel outside in a sunny day, the cans will heat quickly and enoguh to get the water warm in order to use it for cooking, to water your plants or anything we need hot water for.

At school, we'd have to take all the organic rubbish we generate at home or in the break (like a banana's skin or the rest of an apple you don't want to keep eating) to burn them in order to obtain an organic fuel so we could generate energy to make the heaters work, to turn on the lights...

For transport, we thought about creating a bike parking in the high school to encourage students to use it instead of going by car.

For us, recycling is a wide theme meaning that it isn't only to separate the waste. So, our idea is to use things like a plastic bottle to make small flowerpot stands or pencil holders. To use anything we'd throw to the bin to create some useful handicrafts.

Finally, we think that we have to be responsable when we're buying purchases because almost always we buy unnecessary stuff. So our idea is to make a list of just the things we need and we are going to use. Then, we'd buy them in local stores. That way we could go walking and save money.

  11. I think that a good ecological idea for a house is to have a treadmill connect a motor, so as long as you do sport on the treadmill you are collecting energy for your house. You only have to spend the money on the cost of the treadmill.

I think that a good idea is to reuse a cylindrical paperboard to do a pencil case for the school. Also you recyclle and you don't have to spent money. It is very eassy to do you only have to buy some colour paint and decorete the cylindrical paperboard as you want then with another papearboard make the top of pencil case. And that is all you have a reuse and original pencil case.

Onother good idea when you are going shopping is to carry a bagmade cloth to carry the products that you bought. Whit this you reuse a lot of time a bag and also you don't have to buy other ones any time that you go to shopping.

  12. AT HOME

In summer, open the windows and let the fresh air enter inside the house. Doing that,we'll save energy.

    AT SCHOOL

The balls will stored the kinetic energy, and later, we'll use this energy to power the heaters.

    GETTING AROUND

We think that it should be forbbiden the use of cars or other vehicles inside the town with the exception of one street that pass through it. In this sense, the people should be obliged to use bikes or walk.

    RECYCLING

The problem is that people is too lazy to recicle, and they're not aware of the importance of recycling, this is why , our idea is to put recycling containers in each street, not only one by two or three quarters.

    SHOPPING

We think that shops should open earlier and close earlier, by this way, shop owners will save energy in lighting.

  14. AT HOME

A way of saving energy at home would be to have a water tank that collects the water of rain and purifies it to use it as current water.

    AT SCHOOL

In the High School, we could give energy to the building thanks to a few static bicycles during the hour of P.E. The kinetic energy would be what gives electricity to the High School.

    GETTING AROUND

About getting around, we could share a car for the company of Bla Bla Car.

    RECYCLING

To recycle, in navidad, we can buy a Christmas tree of plastic. And to recycle the adornments, for example, to use the light bulbs that do not work as balls of Christmas.

    SHOPPING

It is not necessary to buy new gifts, but also we can give an object that already we have and that we know another person wants it.

  17. Our ideas to save energy and money:

The first one is about how to save energy at home, we think that a good way to save energy is calling Raquel Ríos, a girl who can entertain you in different ways. She can sing, act and draw. It´s totally free.

The second way to save energy is located in the school, a good option could be go to school with our pijamas and a blanket instead of turn on the heaters.

We think that a way to save energy getting around using cars, buses, etc. could be take some pills that can make you fly to go to the place you want go. The best thing about this is that this pills are very cheap and can be found in any supermarket.

To recycle we can melt plastic and glass to create masterpieces of art because we are artistic people.

When you are tired of any clothes or it doesn't fit with you anymore, tou can give it as a present to a friend.

  18. AT HOME

We can put insulators for the walls to keep the heat of the house, also we can employ a greenhouse effect in the garden.

    AT SCHOOL

In schools we can use computers or heaters with batteries to guarantee a saving of energy.
We also can put recycling containers to incite the students to recycle.

    GETTING AROUND

An electric train that drives below ground at 1000 km per hour to save money, time and energy.
We can put solar panels at the electric planes to charge it energy.

    RECYCLING

It would be very effective that a recycling truck pass three or four days a week for all the houses of the town.
In this way the people wouldn´t be lazy to recycle.

    SHOOPING

In the future to save money shopping we can use the following method:
To distribute the money we earn into the importants things we need to buy, so when there are prices discounts the people won´t waste extra money that they don´t have the neccessity to waste.

  19. INNOVATIVE IDEAS: THE GREEN DIET

To start saving energy at home, we've thought that would be a good idea to install some presence sensor in each room. In this way, all lights will be switch off when the room is empty.

In terms of getting around, the best option is to install some solar panels in all transports. In this way, cars and every transport won't pollute and they will work thanks to the solar energy, thanks to a renewable energy. These are the main advantages but it also has some disadvantages: The most important one is that to install that panels is too expensive, and then the other disadvantage is that it only Works in sunny days.

In shopping, we think that the lord major could put a bus every day each 3 hours and do a tour for all local bussines. This innovative idea would help the atmosphere because a lot of people will go in only one bus instead of lots of cars and will help the village too because we are giving money to the village buying things in his shops.

Recycling, we think that we have to put some boxes in the house. On the one hand we'll create 2 boxes (Organic remains and inorganic ones) and then the three typical boxes.

At school, the best idea is to install some gadget in the floor that will be able to receive the kinetic energy of everybody and also will be able to transform the kinetic energy into electric energy.

We can put litle solar panels on the top of the public transports to charge the batery of thye vehicle and to helps it to move.

    Recycling:

We can use old materials that we have for our home to make new decorations and ornaments for christmas.

AT SCHOOL:TURN ON THE HEATING ONLY THE FIRST THREE HOURS OF THE DAY, DO NOT TURN ON THE LIGHTS WHEN THERE IS ENOUGH SOLAR LIGHT AND DO NOT KEEP ON THE TECHNOLOGICAL APPLIANCES OF THE CLASSES WHEN THEY ARE NOT USED.

GETTING AROUND: SHARE VEHICLE WITH PEOPLE YOU KNOW AND GO TO A SITE NEAR WHERE YOU ARE.
BUY VEHICLES THAT SPEND LESS GASOLINE THAN OTHERS.

RECYCLING: PUT A CUBE OF GARBAGE IN EACH HOUSE, TO NOT MIX ALL TYPES OF WASTE.
REUSE PLASTIC CONTAINERS TO STORE ALL TYPES OF OBJECTS.

SHOOPING:BUY ONLY THE THINGS NECESSARY TO LIVE AND NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT MISS US.

GETTING AROUND:If you want to go somewhere, don't use any type of transport and go on foot.So you can see and enjoy the christmas lighting.

RECYCLING:Using plastic bottles that we don't need, we can make balls or crhistmas things to decorate the streets in our town or at home.

  25. AT SCHOOL.
A good idea to save energy could be put new windows that absorb the energy of sun rays. The windows are connecting with the white board, an in this way we use the solar energy that this types of windows gather before ,instead of electric energy.

    AT HOME.
We can save water in a easy way. When it is ranning we can put some cubes outside and when we have enough water gather, we can use this for the use of iron, washing machine, dishwasher. Is a good idea for our environment because nowadays there is a lot of drought in our world.

    SHOPPING
When we go to a shopping center we can see a lot of big posters with lights advert of something. But this posters consume a lot of energy and I think a good idea for this problem could be use colours that capt our atention instead of lights.

    RECYCLING
Usually, we buy a lot of plastic bottles for the day to day and we do not reuse they. This bottles also contain cancer cells. I think it would be better if we buy a big bottle of glass that we can reuse instead of many plastic bottles that pollute more.

    GETTING AROUND
We think that one of the best idea to save energy when getting around would be that when we are writting in a paper with a special pen that transform our cinetic energy that we are using with the movement of writting in electric energy. Before, this energy is store in a little part of the pen. Then, we can use this electric energy for our computer battery that is connect the pen with the computer through bluetooth.
